HOW TO JOIN
Team representatives must submit the completed registration form that is downloadable below in order to reserve their team's spot in tournament. You may email your registration form to info@oneunitesports.com.ph and we will send you the next steps to confirm your team's participation.
Waiver / Release Form
All teams must complete and submit the waiver form in order to participate in the tournament.
Team entries will be filled on a first come first serve basis, so please return the registration form as soon as possible to assure your team a spot in the tournament.
