The VFL is back on ABC1 for another season in 2009, and you can catch all the action from the match of the round LIVE each Saturday from 1pm.

It promises to be an exciting new year in 2009.

We look forward to bringing you all the action when the season kicks off on Saturday, April 11 with a Grand Final replay between Port Melbourne and North Ballarat.

The ABC Grandstand VFL site also features clips of the best marks, goals and highlights.

3SER Casey FM

Casey FM in 2009 will be in its 17th year as an official VFL broadcast partner. The team consists of callers Kain Pollard and Chris Weaver, boundary rider "Fabulous" Phil Pierce and stats guru Anthony Brady. "Bustlin'" Ben Taylor will be back along the boundary in 2009 as well.

Casey will broadcast matches on Saturdays and Sundays from various VFL grounds and will also call night football at Casey Fields.

In addition to VFL match broadcasts, tune into 97.7FM for the latest VFL news on the Friday Sports Show, hosted by Kain Pollard from 9am.

Kain also hosts the VFL Footy Show on Saturday mornings from 9am that features terrific player and coach interviews.

3WBC 94.1 FM

3WBC and the Box Hill Hawks are pleased to announce the broadcasting of all Box Hill Hawks home games in season 2009.

Listen live on the radio - 94.1 FM or streamed live via the website. The broadcast kicks off at 1pm for an hour preview including interviews and guests. Then at 2pm listen to a full call of the game hosted by Ben Brady. Paul Hooper is in the special comments chair and Nat Edwards will be prowling the Boundary with her expert analysis. The 2nd caller will be rotating between Shaun Kelly, Gavin Casey, Anthony Stanguts and Lachlan Dix.

Phil Edwards is the studio host and will be giving updates on other VFL matches as well as updating the AFL, EFL and VAFA games.
