The Solomon Islands volleyball Federation would like to invite all the
Honiara clubs and school who are interested to participate in this
year volleyball competition to prepare and send their representative
to attend a brief meeting at the Multi Purpose Hall at 3pm, 1st May
2012.

The volleyball activities for 2012 will   jointly organized by the
Volleyball Federation, East Honiara Volleyball Association, West
Honiara Association, Honiara Sport Association and Honiara Secondary
School Teachers Volleyball Association.

The following competitions will be organized between May- August 2012.

1.      Honiara Secondary School League Competition ( Senior under 18 and
Junior under 15 ) both boys and girls- Kick-off on the 3rd May 2012

The arrangement of the Honiara Secondary School league would be
facilitated by the Solomon Islands Volleyball Federation’s development
department together with the School teachers to ensure we effectively
organize the league.
The technical meeting to discuss issues relating to the league will be
taking place on Tuesday 1st of May 2012 at the Multi Purpose Hall at 3
pm. School that interested to participate is  welcome to attend the
meeting. The Federation  received an overwhelmed  interests  from
varies schools like St. Nicolas School, Honiara High School, White
River CHS, Mbokona CHS, Naha CHS, Burns Creek High School, Betikama
Adventist College, Zion CHS and Kolale CHS. Any other school who wants
to participate in the school league is welcome to attend the meeting
today 1st May 2012.  "This concept is designed to develop young
players and also help Volleyball to find out what can be done to
improve the skill level of young players,” SIVF President said.

2.      Honiara Super Volleyball League -20 May 2012

The Solomon Islands Volleyball Federation will jointly organize a
Super Volleyball league in partnership with the Honiara Sport
Association. The following clubs are invited to participate in the
super league competition; Arasina, MOI, Rainbow, SICHE, Avaiki,
Centarl White River, Agape Youth Group AYG), Lengakiki, Naha, Homes,
Nam Rock, JGS, Margweycort, and other interested club to get prepare
for the league to kick off on the 20th May 2012.


3.      Honiara A Division  &  B Division Volleyball League Competition- 20 May 2012

There will be two division grade league competition organize for newly
form clubs, church groups, companies and hotel/motels. This
competition will be organized by the West Honiara Volleyball
Association and East Honiara Volleyball Association.
We invite group who wish to play volleyball to participate this league
competition organize purposely for new players and old players who
interested to have fun and enjoy this sport of volleyball.
