Notice is hereby given that the Annual General Meeting of the Queensland Rugby Football League Limited (Central Division) will be held in the Board Room, Les Yewdale Complex, Browne Park, Rockhampton at 5.30pm on Friday, 20 November 2009.
Business To Be Transacted
1. To receive and consider the Balance Sheet, Profit and Loss Accounts and Reports from the Division Executive and Auditors in respect of the financial year ended 30 September 2009.
2. To wind up the Division.
