2013 AUTUMN COMPETITION REGISTRATION FORMS

The Autumn 2013 Competition commences with Round One on Saturday 16^th of February, 2013. This is one week earlier than usual due to the Easter Public Holidays proceeding the 1^st Term school holidays.

Please note as advised earlier by email Team Registration Forms need to be completed and emailed to to MENA by SATURDAY, 2^nd DECEMBER 2012.  A MENA Representative will be available at HE PARKER between 8am and 3pm, if you have any questions.

The only forms due on this date are the:-

ME71    Club Registration Form

ME72    Team Registration Form (THREE copies per team)

The remainder of the forms and payment are required by WEDNESDAY, 30^th JANUARY 2013

ME73    NM Registration Form (for all players)

ME74    NM Summary Payment Form

All forms are in the Secretaries Kit which will be available for download from the "Saturday" menu tab on the MENA website after the 14^th November, 2012.
