Central Region Presence in National Junior Teams

Badminton New Zealand is pleased to announce the two teams that have been selected to represent New Zealand in 2013 at the Australian Youth Olympics (AYOF) and Oceania Junior Championships.

Following the AYOF and Oceania Trials that were held earlier this month in Auckland, the following players have been selected to the two teams:

AYOF

Elliot Pike (Hutt Valley)                     Kaitlyn McLeod (Auckland)

Dylan Soedjasa (North Habour)         Rayna Phillips (North Harbour)

Jacob Morgon (Wellington North)       Alyse Derby (Wellington North)

Oceania Junior Team

The above players plus:

Daniel Lee (Auckland)                        Rebecca Goddard (North Harbour)

The team will be joined by Coaches Tracey Hallam (Waikato) and Tom Armstrong (Auckland)
