Thank you to the girls who attended last nights session. Hopefully you all learnt at least one new move or picked up some technique refinement. Very impressed that you all kept very well focussed (except for maybe the last 5 minutes).
Use the attachment as a reference and try and explain all the techniques/moves in the document to mum or dad. If you can do this it will show you understood it well. If you are unsure what I am talking about then seek me out and ask and I will go through it with you.
Good luck in your last home and away game (except Kristen) and hope those of you in finals have a great series.
