ROUND 1 BEGINS SATURDAY 6TH APRIL
2013 Rep Squad
Congratulations to the following players selected in the 2013 Armidale District Netball Association Representative teams. These teams will commence training and attend a number of carnivals to build their individual and team skills to represent ADNA at the State Age carnival from the 28th June- 1st July.
Please make note the following dates
Players need to attend skills training and a fitness session per week, we encourage players to attend both fitness sessions if they can.
Tuesday 12th Feb Fitness Training 4-5pm at the Lynches Road complex
Thursday 14th Feb Fitness Training 4-5pm
Friday 15th Feb Skills training 4-5.30 (until holidays then will be 4-5pm)
Tuesday 19th Feb Fitness Session 4-5
Thursday 21st Feb Fitness sessions 4-5
Friday 22nd Feb 4.30-7pm No Skills training Team bonding and parent information COMPULSORY @ The Armidale bowling club (players will need $11( this includes a meal), we will be playing bare foot bowls from 4.30-5.30. At 5.30 we will be having a compulsory PARENTS MEETING where all note and housekeeping will be addressed then we will be having team dinner, parents are welcome to stay for dinner however please note that the team will be sitting together to share their dinner)

Players who have been unsuccessful are more than welcome and encouraged to attend the fitness sessions and will need to make a $40 contribution, if you are interested please let us know.
We cannot wait to get started and are really looking forward to the representative season
