NOTICE OF ANNUAL GENERAL MEETING
Notice is hereby given that the Annual General Meeting (AGM) of Basketball Auckland Incorporated will be held at
The Alex Boardroom, Alexander Park, Gate B, Greenlane Rd West
on
Thursday 29th March 2011 commencing at 6:00pm – 7:30pm
The business of the inaugural AGM shall be:
1. to receive the Board's report and financial statements for the financial year ended 31 December 2011;
2. to receive the auditor's report on the financial statements for the financial year ended 31 December 2011;
3. to appoint an auditor for the ensuing financial year; and
4. any general business
General Business
The matters to be included in the general business for the AGM are:
· The conferring of awards (including the appointment of any life members of the Association);
· Basketball Auckland Counties Manukau Joint Services Proposal (see attached); and
· To deal with any other business which can properly be considered at the AGM.
