Crathern Park, Trinity Beach upgrade AFL Cairns has received the great news that it has been allocated $33,000 to upgrade the second oval at Crathern Park, Trinity Beach. The ‘back oval’ had gradually fallen into disrepair over a period of time to the point where its irregular shape and “sensitive weed” surface made it virtually unplayable. more -->

CPR Group are pleased to advise that Round 2 of the Sports Equipment Grants program is now open Queensland sporting clubs and associations can apply for a CPR Group 2009 Sports Equipment Grant to buy the day-to-day equipment they need for training and games. Last year, CPR Group approved funding for 19 organisations from across Queensland through the program's first round. more -->

AFL Schools Resources Assistance Scheme The AFL offers financial assistance to football friendly schools to purchase permanent Australian Football goal posts. Goal posts provide a visible presence of our indigenous game at a school level and will help to grow our games community capacity.
