The final medal tally sees Suva dominating with 68 Gold, 74 Silver and 52 Bronze.

New Zealand Invite for Duo After Fiji Games
After a successful bodybuilding contest at the Fiji Games, overall winner, current reigning Mr. Fiji Vonoriti Radua, and Head Judge, Tumeli Navutovuto have been invited to take part in the New Zealand national bodybuilding championships in Auckland in October.

Basketball competition will be hotly contested by teams representing the districts of Ba, Lautoka, Nadi, Navua, Nasinu, Korovou and Suva.

Hockey hits off at the National Hockey Turf today, Friday 10 May at 5.30pm. The first game sees Nausori Women take on Suva with Leuvuka challenging Savusavu women at 6.20p.m.

Netball Fiji is looking forward to an intense one-day competition on Saturday at the Fiji Sports Council's Multipurpose Courts at Laucala Bay. Suva, Nasinu, Korovou, Nausori, Nadroga and Navosa have registered teams for the round robin competition with the top 2 teams playing off for gold and silver and the 3rd and 4th ranked teams to play off for the bronze.

Weightlifting Fiji's Assistant National Coach, Paula Peniasi Taqua returned this week from Switzerland after successfully completing the ICECP. The Program was offered by the University of Delaware in partnership with the United States Olympic Committee and the International Olympic Committee who also assisted in funding Paula's scholarship.

FASANOC ALL STARS Netball Team qualified in the top 4 of the Business House Netball Finals and finished as Runners-Up of the Plate Division. After an exciting second quarter of 6 all against the Ministry of Youth and Sports they were beaten in the end by 11-15 at last night's finals.
