To ensure the safety and well-being of the community it is vital that the Responsible Service of Alcohol is practiced at all football clubs. As part of RSA, venues must prevent drunkenness, minors accessing liquor, and understand that irresponsible liquor practices lead to problems both on and off the premises. The Australian Leisure and Hospitality Group has put together a Responsible Service of Alcohol Policy which can be found at http:/203.89.254.245/ALHSiteBuilder/rsa_policy.html.
It is intended that every football club adopts this, or a similar policy (if no policy in place) to guarantee that the responsible service of alcohol is practiced. For information on obtaining a Responsible Service of Alcohol certificate contact your local government.
