Josie Stockill Makes All-star rookie team
Hawke’s Bay forward Josie Stockill also earned All-Rookie selection in the Patriot League, during her first season with Colgate University.
The Raiders (3-11) stunned regular season champions Army in the conference quarterfinals, but couldn’t continue their dream run, falling 38-59 to Holy Cross in the semis. Stockill had eight points, four rebounds and two blocks in 12 minutes.
