2006 Inter-Regional Youth Challenge 2006 Inter-Regional Youth Challenge

AFL Sydney West Round Robin The Quakers Hill Bombers are proud to host the inaugural AFL Sydney West Preseason Round Robin.

Open to Under 10's, 12's & 14's, invited teams are from Blue Mountains, Emu Plains/Glenmore Park, Hawkesbury, Penrith, Quakers Hill, Winston Hills and St Clair Australian Football Clubs

Games will be 5 minute quarters with 2 minute break between for 10's (so they can be rotated through the zones) and ten minute halves with 4 minute break for 12's and 14's (to allow more free flowing play).

Once team numbers are finalised a draw will be published.

The Round Robin will be followed by a Masters Australian Football game so if any parent is interested tell them to bring their boots. more -->

Recreational Football Mixed Competition - Sydney W Recreational Football is a game played between two teams of eight, with an unlimited number of interchange players, on a field with a maximum length of 100 metres by 50 metres wide. It is a more accessible version of Australian Football that people can pick up and play with only some degree of skill and ability.
It is directly aligned to the traditional game but there is minimal time commitment and minimal risk of injury.
Flag belts are used as there is strictly no contact.
In mixed competitions, teams are required to have a maximum of five male and a minimum of three female participants on the ground at any one time.

Meet The Swans at Blacktown Olympic Park The Reigning Premiers, Sydney Swans, are back in the swing of things and have resumed training in preperation to defend their title in 2006.

Leading up to Christmas, they will attend a number of Auskick Clinics in the Sydney area including one hosted within our region at Blacktown Olympic Park, Rooty Hill, on Thursday December 15th commencing at 4:30pm & concluding at 6:30pm.
