The process for developing the Basketball Geelong/Supercats Strategic Plan 2012-2016 is about to get underway.

Over the next 3-6 months the Commission will embark on a strategic planning process which will set the key strategic pillars about our mission; our objective; our values; who we are; what we stand for; and where we want to be.

The Commission will develop and implement a communications and consultation process which will ensure the vision and ideas of our members and other key stakeholders are taken into consideration as part of the strategic planning process.
