Please see the Complaints Procedure below for how complaints are handled by your Club and the BABA. Please use the Member Complaint Form below to raise a complaint with your club.
All complaints should be lodged directly with your Club. Club President's will endeavour to resolve your complaint promptly and inform the BABA.
