During 2009, the BTBC Committee of Management (CoM) is working to establish a clearer governance framework that documents more clearly "how we do things around here" at Bulleen. A part of this framework is to establish clear policy statements that define guidelines and action plans that are appropriate around specific activities within club programs.

Policies will be established on topics relating to the operation of basketball programs where it becomes clear that creation of a policy will assist all stakeholders to understand the expectations and requirements around that topic. Policy statements are intended to complement other documents that describe club operations and provide clarity on specific topics as required to support program operation.

Below is a list of policies that have been ratified by the CoM and are now in effect - additional documents will be added to this list as they are ratified by the CoM.
