Training Week of 03 June

Tues - 5.30am Bike.  Meet at United Service Station DY

Tues - 7pm Run (All levels).  Meet at Northside Runners.  Questions: Michelle Jones on Facebook

Wednesday - 7pm Swim (All levels).  Warringah Aquatic Centre. Questions: Dan Howitt on Facebook

Thur - 5.30am Bike.  Meet at United Service Station DY

Thur - 5.20am Bike (Beginners).  On hold over winter, resumes in August

Friday - Swim/run - Shelley Beach at 6.30pm [STARTS AGAIN IN SUMMER]

Sat - 6am Bike.  Meet cnr Sth Creek Rd and Pittwater Rd

Sun - Manly Dam Swim - Manly Dam at 4pm [STARTS AGAIN IN SUMMER]
