Level 2 Coaching Scholarships available The AFL has one scholarship available for NSW for a woman who is already a Level 1 accredited coach (you must be actively coaching) to undertake the Level 2 scholarship. You can be coaching juniors, Auskick, Youth Girls, Boys or Mens or at SWAFL Level. Applications close before Feb 12, so you must be quick. more -->

2010 AFL Coaching Courses With the AFL National Policy stating that all coaches need to be currently accredited to coach at any level, AFL (NSW/ACT) will conduct courses throughout 2010. This will allow all new coaches and those coaches whose accreditation has expired to ensure that they are appropriately accredited for the season ahead. more -->
Sydney AFL 2009 Annual Report The Sydney AFL (men's) league released it's annual report during the week. One of the most interesting items is contained on page 44-45 which I encourage you to read. This is the capital works programme which showed $1.21 million was spent on HJ Mahoney Reserve over the last three years - the Home of Women's Football.
