Club transfer form

Please use this form if you have a player that is transferring between clubs. Footyweb electornic clearances should be in use from 23 April 2009.

Parent consent form All players under the age of 18 must have this form completed and signed by their parent / guardian before they are allowed to play in SWAFL. Footyweb does not have this form.

Player registration form Use this form for any players that have not registered electronically. This form must be filled out before the player takes the field. If you are registering a player on game day, you must make sure the form is completed and signed by the referee PRIOR to the game starting. Please then send it with the match reports to the registrar. more -->

Interstate Clearance Form Please use this form for any interstate transfers, if the interstate club is not registered on Footyweb. Otherwise team managers can use Footyweb for electronic clearances.
