Kayla has recently returned to Basketball following the end of the soccer season and immediately showed she has what it takes to be a promising basketballer. Maitland Week 5 Player of the Week Ben Week 5's player of the week is Ben from Maitland's newest Biddy ball team "THE BOYS". The team consists of all new registrations with players wearing the player pack singlets with pride. Ben was selected by Jessica Day the competitions coordinator as it was her last week at the Stadium. Healthy Hoops Singleton High Playgroup The stage 5 and 6 students studying childcare run volunteer playgroups every week and constantly doing active programs with the young children that come in for the playgroups. Our students raise money to fund the playgroups and to be able to resource their playgroup with sporting good would be a very worthwhile venture for the students.. more -->
2009 Maitland Future Stars The Maitland Mustangs 2009 Future Stars program supported by ResCo began on Thursday with a rush of new talent eager to learn the basics of Basketball. The 8 week program for 8 to 10 year old children seeks to create an interest in Basketball with a view to identify the future players in the Maitland Mustangs.

GJRL Sports Items for Coaches Training Kits Our Thanks to ResCo Services Pty Ltd for provding us with 12 agility poles , 100 coloured cone markers, gear bags, kicking tees, footballs and some whistles. We have made up coaches kits containing 20 cone markers , 1 football, 1 kicking tee, 1 whistle, that all go in a gear bag for the coaches of the 10s,12s,13/14s years age group. Hunter Sports High School Beakfast Club 2009 The Newcastle and Hunter Youth Development Trust in partnership with ResCo Services Pty Ltd were delighted today to support the Hunter Sports High School in 2009. Peter Murray Chairman of NAHYDT met with James Pascoe Director of Sport to hand over a cheque to ensure the Breakfast Club at the school will continue over the next 12 months. With most TSP children travelling a distance to attend the school, a healthy breakfast at school is greatly appreciated. The breakfast club is open to all students attending H.S.H..S. more -->
