Zero Tolerance Policy
At this point in time Cairns Basketball is looking to adopt a Zero Tolerance Behaviour Policy. This policy is in draft format and it is hoped it will be adopted and impleneted by week 3 of the CBI Junior Basketball Season. It will also take effect in the CBI Senior Basketball Season once the policy is adopted in full. This is in an effort to provide participants with a healthy, safe environment that encourages fair play, effort, teamwork and sportsmanship, CBI is issuing a Zero Tolerance Policy for players, parents, coaches, game officials, referees, team officials, league administrators and spectators. This policy requires that a sportsmanlike and a positive atmosphere exist before, during and after all CBI games and events.
