Farewell Good Bye and Good Luck to Tracy Wilson and Big Joe
This week Tracy Wilson and Big Joe finished up at Brisbane Basketball as they move into different ventures.
Tracy has been the smiling caring face of our association for some 5 years now and was a vital member of the flood recovery team. Her genuine concern for all in our association was the hallmark of her service in conjunction with nurturing and maintaining the Cafes excellent reputation for food.
Big Joe on the other hand hit us like a whirlwind and reminded us that Basketball is fun, it is inclusive and should be enjoyed by all involved win lose or draw. We need to remember this and embrace it. Big Joe portrayed this attitude through his work in the Aussie Hoops and the QBL programs and just in the way that he connected with people and then bought them together.
Tracy and Big Joe bought something special to our association and while we will miss them I am sure you would want to join with me to thank them very much for giving something of themselves to us and wish them every success for their future.
