NBL Coaches Clinic
Basketball Queensland is pleased to announce that we will be hosting an NBL coaches clinic on Saturday 24th September 2011. The coaches clinic will be held in conjunction with the Sunshine State NBL Basketball Challenge, which is the annual NBL pre-season tournament. Each NBL coach will present their favourite basketball drill on court for 30 minutes. This is a great opportunity for those coaches preparing their teams for the BQJBC and the TON competitions to get along and learn some new innovated ways to reinforce and accelerate skill learning.
Each coach attending will be able to take something away from the NBL coaches clinic, I have requested for the NBL coaches to cater for all levels of coaching from club coaching, to rep coaching to State level coaching. However, NBL coaches will target information for those coaching junior teams.
What a great way to start your preparation for the upcoming representative season, get out and watch your favourite NBL coach on court presenting their favourite basketball drill. Please find attached and below details of the coaches clinic and the registration process, can I ask each of you to distribute this information amongst your members?
