2012 Senior Nominations DUE
We have attached our nomination form for the Summer 2012 season, commencing on the 8th January 2012. Nominations will close on the 27th November 2011, with no late nominations to be accepted. Please note that the competition for next year will compromise of 2 seasons ie a Summer and Winter season. The Summer season will run from January to June and the Winter season from July to December.
The nomination fees for both season’s have been set at $65 per season. No nomination will be accepted without payment of the nomination fee and bond of a $140 (if you are a new team or a team that does not currently have one in place). As per last season, payments can be made at our offices or by completing the credit card payment portion at the bottom of the 2nd page. No payments can be accepted over the phone.
Please note that we are also unable to finalise your nomination, if any fees/fines are outstanding for the team.
