Insurance Claims
Firstly your injury must be noted on the reverse of the scoresheet by the scorer.
After the game an injury report must be completed by you, your coach or team manager to ensure your claim can be validated.
Then if you are a financial and registered member of
- a Barossa Valley Basketball Club
- or Independent Team
- and have sustained an injury and you wish to make a claim
- claim forms can be obtained via the V-Insurance link below
- forward your claim to V-Insurance claims section.

Please note that insurance cover only applies to members who are involved in basketball sanctioned competitions and activities. Members are not covered if they play in a non-affiliated basketball competition.
