Giants strike on Lightning forward
The SKILLED Goldfields Giants are please to announce the signing of 6-7” forward Lordan Franich for the 2010 SBL season. A product of the Lakeside Lightning, Lordan is a three-time Championship player with them, and he will bring size, versatility and experience to the Giants line-up.
Despite only being 24yo, Lordan has played close to 200 SBL games and has averaged around 14ppg and 6rpg over the past three seasons.
Club Chairman, Graham Crew said “We are extremely pleased to have a player of Lordan’s stature join our program. Lordan is excited to be starting his professional career as an occupational therapist in the Goldfields with many great career opportunities and to continue his basketball in an exciting program as it enters a new phase.”
