The win sees the Redbacks’ men with a season record of six wins and four losses and in fifth-place in the 14-team competition.

The Redbacks’ women’s team had a 69 to 49 win against the Senators. Former Australian Opals squad member Marita Payne had an immediate impact in her first game for them as the game-high scorer with 16 points along with 12 rebounds.
