Two Dollar Entry at Belmont Tonight!
This bumper game between the 5th placed Redbacks and top-placed Buccaneers men's teams is at the Belmont Oasis Leisure and Recreation Centre, corner Alexander Street and Abernethy Road Belmont.
The game is part of the official Drug Action Week Calendar of Events for Western Australia, designed to promote and enhance community awareness of the harms of alcohol and other drugs. The key message being promoted for this event is Drug Aware, encouraging awareness of the dangers of taking legal drugs in excess or contrary to medical advice and illegal drugs generally.
This promises to be a blockbuster game with the Redbacks coming off a recent two-game winning streak, including its recent one-point thrilling win against the third placed Lakeside Lightning, while the Buccaneers are coming off a four-game winning streak.
Basketball WA and the Redbacks will also be formally recognising and honouring league-veteran Ryan Neill’s 400-game achievement in what is his first home game since this occurred.
