WSBL Milestones
The WSBL recognises three milestones on the last weekend of the regular season.
We congratulate Tracey Richter (Mandurah - 350 games), Casey Mihovilovich (Mandurah - 300 games) and Chelsea Boyanich (Perry Lakes - 200 games).
Richter is a veteran of 17 seasons in the SBL for the Willetton Tigers (1992-1995) Perth Redbacks (1996-1998) and the Mandurah Magic 1999 - 2010). Having been a runner-up four times in her career, there is little Richter has not achieved.
Her team mate and captain Casey Mihovilovich is not far behind having played her 300th game last weekend.
Mihovilovich is a fourteen season veteran of the competition and has played all of her games in a Magic uniform.
Career highlights include making the step up to WNBL as well as having made four grand final appearances.
Boyanich is being recognised for having passed the 200 game milestone, having played all of her games with the Perry Lakes Lady Hawks.
The forward has had an amazing run of success in the WSBL having played in six grand finals, having won five.
Boyanich has also been a WNBL player with the Perth Lynx in recent seasons.
