Get on board with your West Coast Waves for what is set to be THE home game of the year!

Round eight sees the Waves face off against Townsville Fire, in their allocated TV game for the season.

Televised on ABC, the game is a proud moment for the Waves, as they debut their new team colours, name and home court to the rest of the country.

Operation WIPEOUT has one mission: to pack THE SANDPIT full of Waves supporters, dressed in Waves team colours and their favourite beachwear.

We want to see THE SANDPIT transformed into a sea of black, green and gold as we demonstrate just how huge basketball in WA is to the rest of the country.

Banners are welcome – the bigger and brighter, the better. These will be judged on the night and prizes awarded for the best three. Get creative and get yours in the works today.

As with all Waves home games, a range of fun activities and entertainment will be featured throughout the night.

Entry is just a gold coin donation at the door.

For their awesome support this season, all of our Waves members receive a special Waves surprise on the night.

We are calling for all Waves fans and the WA basketball community to get behind Operation WIPEOUT and join us for an exciting night of basketball.
