SBL Referees appointed to WNBL Finals
Two State Basketball League referees have been appointed to finals games in the Women's National Basketball League.
David Bull and Damian Lyons, both Panel One SBL Referees, have been selected to officiate this week in Victoria.
Bull, a three time SBL Referee of the Year, will referee the Second Semi-Final in Bendigo on Sunday 27 February. The game will see the Bendigo Spirit host the winners of Dandenong Rangers and Logan Thunder.
Lyons, a recently qualified FIBA Official, will officiate the Elimination Final at Dandenong on Wednesday 23 February. The game pits Dandenong against Logan.
Both referees are long serving SBL Referees and their finals appointments cap off another succesful NBL/WNBL Campaign for them.
The selection of two WA referees is further proof of the quality of referees we have in the SBL.
