Redback juniors to play College basketball
After years of dedicating themselves not only to the sport of basketball, but to proudly representing our own club, four of the Redbacks favourite sons have relocated half-way across the world to fulfil their dream of playing college basketball.
Jarrad Jackson, Ashley Stephens, Geordie Murray and Sheldon Godfrey have each been playing for the club since a very young age. Having turned into young men of quality and basketballers of great potential the club is proud to have been a part of their journey.
Jarrad and Ashley have both landed as room mates and team mates for the Ohlone Junior College Renegades.

Geordie Murray is the son of the legendary Redbacks managerial duo Faith and Mark Murray, and has been playing for the club since he was about 7 years old. You can follow his progress by clicking here.
Sheldon Godfrey has played for the Redbacks since coming to the club at the age of 11. At Shasta College Sheldon is hoping to learn more about the game to elevate his performance to another level. The Shasta College website can be found here.
The Redbacks family would like to wish the boys the best of luck. Having seen you represent our club with such passion and pride we know you will do your schools proud. We look forward to seeing the young men who will return.
