Slammers’ go down to Giants
A big game from import Carlos White was not enough to lift the Collie Crane Hire South West Slammers to victory on Saturday night, as his side went down to the Goldfields Giants by five points in Kalgoorlie.
Despite the best efforts of White, who scored 37 points and hauled in 10 rebounds, the Slammers fell just short of springing an upset on the road.
