An epic overtime clash has seen the East Perth Eagles take down the Mandurah Magic 93-90 to force the best-of-three series into a third and deciding game.

The Eagles came out of the gate fast in the first quarter to end the first period with a 24-11 lead in front of an electric home crowd.

Mandurah fought back and forced the game into overtime with a 20-12 final period, however star import Taylor Mullenax and Taylor Land fouled out of the contest late in the fourth which proved costly.

The Eagles were led to victory by Tom Jervis (27 points, 19 rebounds), Joe-Alan Tupaea (23 points, 11 rebounds) and Drew Williamson who had 17 points.

Mandurah were led by their forward line of Taylor Mullenax (24 points, eight rebounds) and Thomas Remmerswaal (23 points, eight rebounds) while veteran guard Aaron Trahair had 19 points.

In the women's league the South West Slammers, appearing in their first ever play-offs, secured a 2-0 series win over the Perth Redbacks with a 73-48 victory to advance to the semi-finals.

Slammers import Kim Sitzmannn was a standout with 18 points and 12 rebounds, assisted by Bianca Donovan (18 points) and Valeria Ogoke with eight points and 11 rebounds.

Willetton Tigers bounced back from last weeks shock defeat to take down the Lakeside Lightning 74-59 to send their series into a third game.

The Tigers were led by WNBL pair Cortney Hargreaves (18 points, 12 rebounds) and Melissa Marsh (16 points, five rebounds).

Another semi-finals spot remains up in the air after the Rockingham Flames defeated the Kalamunda Eastern Suns 68-57 leaving the teams locked on 1-1 in their series.

Star import Emma Cannon thrived on home soil with a massive 28 points and 21 rebounds for the Flames, Rockingham will be needing a repeat performance to secure a second victory this weekend.

Cannon was supported by a solid double-double from Kaye Tucker with 14 points and 12 rebounds.
