Redbacks & Ellis part-ways
The Perth Basketball Association and Glenn Ellis have mutually agreed that Glenn will not renew his second term of contract to coach of the Perth Redbacks’ Women’s SBL Team in 2013. Glenn is looking to take his basketball coaching career in a different direction and spend more time with his young family.
The Perth Basketball Association thanks Glenn for the effort and energy he has put into his coaching appointment and the development that has occurred to our Perth Redbacks’ Women’s SBL Team over the past year. The Perth Basketball Association wishes Glenn all the best in any future basketball endeavours he undertakes.
Glenn has also asked to formally record his thanks to the Perth Basketball Association for having provided him with the opportunity to coach the Women’s SBL team; and that he has thoroughly enjoyed coaching during the past year and the involvement with the club in general. Glen also gives his best wishes to the Redbacks’ Women’s SBL Team, and the club overall, in the years ahead.
The Perth Basketball Association will be shortly be seeking expressions of interest for the position of our Women’s SBL coach for the 2013 SBL season.
