Congratulations Joel Wagner on 200 SBL Games

Bank of Queensland, Perth Redbacks point-guard Joel Wagner will tonight play his 200th SBL game at the Belmont Oasis Leisure Centre.

Wagner will be looking to celebrate his milestone with a win over the Lakeside Lightning in the first game of their best-of-three Quarter-Final series.

Wagner's SBL career started in 2004 with the Perth Redbacks where he has stayed loyal throughout, to have now played ten season and 200 games with the club.

Joel has led the league in assists every season since 2006 and was named the MSBL Most Improved Player in 2007 and All-Star point guard in 2012.

Wagner has also enjoyed stints in the NBL, winning a Championship with the Perth Wildcats in 2009/10 as a development player, and joining the Sydney Kings in 2011/12.

The State Basketball League would like to congratulate Joel on his milestone achievement.
