Wildcats trial young SBL players

The Perth Wildcats put 26 young players through a series of tests today as they look to fill five training player positions ahead of the 2014 NBL campaign.

Of the five players, three will be selected as development players to compliment the contracted playing squad.

Those invited to try-out for the training player positions were nominated by their SBL coaches and were put through their paces by Wildcats assistant coach Andy Stewart, while head coach Trevor Gleeson cast a watchful eye over the session.
