Fleur McIntyre joins SBL Commission
Basketball WA is pleased to announce the induction of Fleur McIntyre into the SBL Commission as a BWA appointed member.
Fleur brings with her a wealth of experience having been involved in the SBL as a player and coach since 1995.
Fleur's basketball resume includes;
- 270 games for Cockburn Cougars WSBL
- U/18 and U/20 State Captain for Western Australia Metro Women’s Teams
- Captain of WSBL Cockburn Cougars for over 200 games
- 5 x MVP awards for Cockburn Cougars WSBL
- SBL All Star and SBL Statistical Awards winner for Assists
- Head Coach WABL and SBL (Cockburn Cougars)
- WNBL involvement (Perth Lynx)
- Coaching involvement Western Australian Junior State Teams: U/18 WA Country, U/18 WA Metro and U/20 WA
Fleur's personal resume includes a Bachelor of Science (hons), Graduate Certificate in Research Methods and Doctor of Philosophy.
