Sean's Shave to raise funds for Cancer Council's Relay for Life
He has been referred to as Ned Kelly, King Henry VIII, the bearded one and many more names but not for much longer.
Sean Easther of the Joondalup Wolves Men's SBL program is instantly recognised by many in the WA Basketball community not only for his basketball but also for his luscious full beard.
Sean, in his 4th year in the program carried his beard in style in 26 games in the 2014 SBL season representing not only the Wolves but also Beard Season, which is a group of men around Australia who grow epic beards to draw attention to the risk of skin cancer.
Now, in a further effort to use his beard for a positive cause Sean is hoping to raise donations for the Cancer Council by offering his beard to be shaved at the Joondalup Wanneroo Relay for Life which will be held October 18-19 weekend at Arena Joondalup.
