Week 2 SBL Previews

Week Two of the SBL kicks off tonight with four WSBL & four MSBL games all in the metro area. The Eastern Suns, Flames, Lightning & Redbacks all have home games tonight. Saturday night see's the reigning champions have their first home game for the 2009 SBL season where they will unveil their championship banner to their home fans. The fierce local derby between Willetton & Cockburn will also be played on Saturday at Willetton which is a must see for any basketball fan.

This weekend will see American Imports Joey Harrell (Flames), Kelsey Maffin (Eagles), Edward Morris Jr (Senators) & Ryan Kaminski (Eastern Suns) all suit up for their first games. Thus far only Chris Lynch (Redbacks), Michael Haney (Giants), Robert Epps (Tigers) & Corey Easley (Eastern Suns) are still awaiting immigration approval to suit up.

During Week Two you can keep up to date at most venues with Live Stats. See play-by-play action, scores, statistics and shot charts right from the comfort of your own home.
