West Rise - Unisex Special Access
We would like to congratulate Chris Saligari on the fantastic amount of work she has put into the commencement of the first Disability Competition in Western Australia!
Chris has put together 4 Teams who play early on a Wednesday evening.
There has been a lot of interest shown by both players and parents with a lot of noisy enthusiastic support.
The Lions Club of Kalamunda have contributed $2000.00 towards the purchase of new uniforms, John Day (Kalamunda MLA & KDBA Patron) has contributed $100.00 towards competition costs and Ken Wyatt (Federal MP for Hasluck) has contributed a Perpetual Shield.
These teams will play Finals each term with the competition also being re-graded each term as required.
We would also like to thank Lizzie Falconbridge (Life Member of KDBA) for her spirited Reffing of the games.
There are also a number of other Volunteers who are helping to make this work - THANK YOU!
