Important Forfeit & Uniform Information, Season 1, 2012.
Uniforms
Spare sets of uniforms are made available to teams who:

Have ordered their new uniforms and they have yet to arrive.

A player loses/forgets their singlet or a new player fronts to play. (the whole team is required to change)

Have an approved colour clash with opposition or are playing own Club. (no charge)
Uniform Hire costs $10 per set for the FIRST 3 times then $20 per set for the 4th and any subsequent hiring.
Uniform Hire is not intended to be used instead of purchasing a set of uniforms.
ALL UNIFORM COLOURS MUST BE APPROVED BY THE ASSOCIATION BEFORE ORDERING.

FORFEITS:
Every season we experience an unacceptable number of forfeits that can be avoided.
PENALTY FOR FORFEIT:
$50 - No notice given at all + LOSS OF 2 PREMIER POINTS.
$30 - Less than 24 hours notice.
$20 - More than 24 hours notice.
TO AVOID A FORFEIT:
1) Make sure you know if your players are coming.
2) Try to have at least 7 players in a team so that illness or absence means you can still play with 4 players.
3) Borrow a player from your Club from a younger age group.
No younger Club player? - Enlist a new player and register them at the game on the back of the scoresheet.
(HIRE OF A SET OF SINGLETS IS MUCH CHEAPER THAN A FORFEIT)
