This forum is designed to provide the Customer Support Team a log of support messages that have been received. A new post should be added for each day that a suport message is taken, so that messages will appear in order of time of posting. The oldest support messages should be followed up first. When a support message has been followed up, it needs to be deleted by the member of the customer support team that dealt with it. Each member of the customer support team will be added as a moderator of the forum to enable them to delete comments.
