Round 11 Shoalhaven Auskick - 28th July 2012
Under sunny winter skies, Shoalhaven Auskick had a great turnout of eager boys and girls on Saturday 28th July.
The highlight of the Auskick session was a number of Nowra Blues Junior players helping out with coaching. Many of the Nowra Junior Blues players were former Auskickers, and it was great for them to come back and join in the fun! Thanks to Cooper Hodges, Jade Hodges, Dane Johnston, Maddie Johnston and, very popular with our Under 6 Budgies, Sam Collier. Thanks also to Cindy Johnston and Lisa Hodges for organizing the Nowra Blues Junior players for us!
Shoalhaven Auskick is holding their annual Gala Day on Saturday 4TH August. Our Gala Day starts at the 9.30am at West St Oval, on the corner of West and Plunkett Streets (2 blocks north of the Showground). It is a great way for Auskickers to interact with other South Coast Auskickers and have some fun. As usual, we will be operating our canteen with cappuccinos and hot chocolates, plus bacon and egg sandwiches will be back on the menu! Thanks to the Nowra Blues for allowing us to use their ground for the morning,
We will also be running a raffle on our Gala Day. We already have some great prizes, but if anyone can help with a donation of a raffle prize please call Lisa on 0412009991 ASAP!
