Information relating to positions of employment with the Canterbury Hockey Association are listed below as they become available. In addition, positions within the sport of hockey with other organisations will be listed on this page.
There are currently four positions advertised with the Canterbury Hockey Association. However, please note that it is the intention of the Canterbury Hockey Association to only appoint to two of these positions, with the decision as to which two positions to be based on the suitability of the applicants for these positions.
Hockey Operations Manager
Salary Range: $40,000-$45,000
Administrative management role responsible for the day-to-day operations of CHA's hockey facilities, including management of the other facilities staff, and the administration of the tournaments and competitions conducted by CHA. Will also have responsibility for the supervision of the facilities while in use.

Facilities Manager
Salary Range: $37,500-$42,500
Both an administrative role responsible for the day-to-day operations of CHA's hockey facilities, including management of the other facilities staff, as well as responsibility for undertaking repairs and maintenance of the facilities and supervision of the facilities while in use.
Facilities Manager Position Description
Facilities Caretaker
Salary Range: $30,000-$35,000
Responsible for the maintenance, cleaning and general presentation of the CHA hockey facilities, ensuring they are always of a standard conducive for users of the facilities.
Facilities Caretaker Position Description
Facilities Officer
Salary Range: 27,500-$32,500
Assists with the day-to-day operations of CHA's hockey facilities, undertaking repairs and maintenance, as well as supervision of the facilities while in use.
Facilities Officer Position Description
It is asked that applications include a covering letter that outlines the suitability of the applicant against each of the 'Person Specifications' for the position or positions of interest, a curriculum vitae or resume and the names of at least two referees. Please specify at the top of the covering letter which positions are being applied for, with a single application suitable if applying for multiple positions. However, if applying for multiple positions, please ensure that the 'Person Specifications' for each of the positions are adequately addressed in the covering letter.
