SANFL Registration and Clearance Form This form is required to be completed by any player going to or coming from another League either within S.A. or interstate and is lodged with the S.F.L. for approval by the League and also the former club. more -->

Temporary Permit Form (Affiliated Leagues) A temporary permit, normally for a situation involving a student returning home to a country location for school holidays, which allows the student to play in a different league whilst being registered with another. Community Football Board Submission for Funding If you wish to apply for funding to assist the cost of Coaching Courses, Sports Med Australia training courses, Junior Interleague carnivals and New Initiatives/Strategic Planning, complete your application on the attached form/s and submit by August 31. more -->
Affiliated Leagues Team Sheet This is a hard copy of the Team Sheet completed for each team prior to the commencement of the game. 2009 SFL Hall of Fame nomination form Official form used by S.F.L. Member Clubs to nominate an individual from their club who has made a significant contribution to football and who has served over 25 years for the club whilst the club has been a member of the Southern Football League. more -->
Souther Trainers Association - Trainer Registration Form Use this form for registration of your Club trainers with the Southern Trainers Association (S.T.A.). Ensure copies of your accreditation certificates are attached, if they have changed during the previous year. Contact the S.T.A. for the current membership fee. more -->
