PARENTS AND PLAYERS - URGENT ATTENTION:
Unfortunately Cougar has not fulfilled its promise to deliver interleague socks for our boys this weekend.
We are therefore moving to Plan B.
We ask that you please check drawers, bottoms of wardrobes, footy bags and underneath beds for all spare Shepp Junior football interleague socks – they are a specially ordered sock - purple with a gold “turnover” at the top of the sock (similar to Nathalia F.C. colours) Michelle has been unable to source through local sports stores.
We are however lucky enough to have many of our boys playing this year who have represented Shepp Juniors in previous carnivals – this includes older brothers. Could all parents and players search their households and bring with them their own pair of football socks, albeit secondhand, to Moama on Sunday as well as any spares that you may have. We do have a number of players with us this year from our new Shepp Clubs who will be without any socks at all.

U/18s Youth Girls Football 2013
This Sunday the 28th of April the SDJFL Youth Girls Competition got under way with a Lightning Cup at Mooroopna Main Oval & John Gray Oval.
The four teams involved were Echuca, Kyabram, Mooroopna and Notre Dame. Each played 3 games each with the final scores as follows -
Notre Dame 7.9.51 defeated Kyabram 0.0.0
Mooroopna 1.0.6 defeated by Echuca 3.6.24
Echuca 4.10.34 defeated Notre Dame 0.0.0
