TUMBARUMBA coach Max Duncan is confident the bubble is not about to burst on this season’s surprise packet of the Upper Murray league. The Roos travel to Bullioh for a top-of-the-table clash, with the winner further strengthening its grip on a top-two finish and the vital double chance in the finals series.

Duncan in hunt for finals glory

TUMBARUMBA coach Max Duncan has a burning ambition to create history.

Ever since the Roos' inception into the Upper Murray league in the 1970s, they are the sole club not to have tasted premiership glory.

While Duncan admits there is still a lot more work to be done before Tumbarumba can overcome its grand final hoodoo, he is convinced they are heading in the right direction. more
