- Initial discussion regarding status of Club Constitution

- John suggested that a folder - both in hardcopy and electronic form - should be initiated and maintained into the future
- Discussion regarding Club structure and procedures

- Purpose of individual committee positions
- Need to locate a copy of the Constitution if possible. Will try the bank.

- Action: David to ask bank if they have a copy of the Constitution
- Agreed to formalise some of the procedures that have been conducted informally in the past.

- Need to prepare short job description for each committee member
- If not already done, prepare a rough budget for the coming year

- Need to carry out a stock take of uniforms and equipment

- Action: Pete to compile list of equipment held and distribute first-aid kits (including hypo-allergenic bandages)
- Action: Pete to obtain better quality balls
- Action: Natasha to compile and maintain uniform list
- Need to organise a workshop with coaches

- Action: David and John to organise meeting with coaches to give them guidance, determine their needs. Offer Level 1 First Aid to coaches.
- Involve coaches in reporting results for the website, disseminating information, etc.
